Personal Fitness Trainer Certifications That Can Make a Difference

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), “for most fitness workers, certification is critical. Personal trainers usually must be certified to begin working with clients or with members of a fitness facility.”⁽¹⁾

American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certification
After successful completion of Remington College’s Tampa Personal Fitness Trainer program, you will have the opportunity take ACE personal fitness trainer certification exams. The BLS states: “one way to ensure that a certifying organization is reputable is to make sure that it is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).” ⁽¹⁾

ACE was granted accreditation for all of its personal trainer certification programs by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA). ACE is one of the few select certifying organizations in the entire fitness industry whose programs have been accredited.⁽³⁾

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Training Included in Personal Fitness Trainer Tuition
Included in the price of tuition is Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training class and certification exams. This means that as a graduate of our Tampa Personal Fitness Trainer program, you will not only be prepared to take the ACE certification exams, but also certified in CPR.
